Golfer Eligibility

Prize Acceptance

Due to the volume and value of prizes offered through the 2010 Mountains of Gold, amateur golfers assume all liability for playing for, or accepting prizes offered, and the impact that may or may not have on their amateur status. Mountains of Gold, and partners, waive all responsibility for educating or informing participants (Pros and amateurs) on any rules and regulations pertaining to prize allocation or acceptance.

Golfer Liability

In playing the event, golfers assume all liability associated with booking, travel, playing the courses, and/or staying in the region.
